Red Feather Lakes Village is a mountain village surrounded by beautiful lakes located about 45-60 minutes northwest of Fort Collins, Colorado at 8,200 ft. The community is an unincorporated village adjacent to the Roosevelt National Forest, and has approximately 400 full-time residents. There are over 1,000 square miles of recreational opportunities for residents of all ages to explore year-round.

The Neighborhood
Red Feather Lakes is adjacent to the Crystal Lakes Development, which includes roughly 300 year-round residents as well as weekend cabins. Crystal Lakes has over 86 miles of dirt roads to explore, and is close to the Beaver Meadows Family Guest Ranch which features its own restaurant, horseback riding stables, trout fishing ponds and miles of maintained hiking and cross country ski trails. The guest ranch, which is open to the public, also has a tubing and toboggan hill with its own lift.
A Great Investment
The Crystal Lakes Development of 1,600 parcels of land was created in 1978. It sold out by 1980 and is about 25% developed with weekend cabins and about 300 year-round residents. According to MLS data land parcels have averaged a 15% annual increase in value and homes have averaged 19.5% between 1991 and 2008!
